<p>Trinity Church will be participating in the Sussex Pregnancy Care Centre &#8220;Wee Ones Campaign&#8221;  Mother&#8217;s Day (May 13) to Father&#8217;s Day (June 17).  PICK UP YOUR BABY BOTTLE!  On May 13 you can pick up a bottle at the back of the church and fill it with spare change, cash or cheque and return it to the Church on June 17.  You will be helping to provide free counseling, maternity and baby supplies and a hand of friendship to the men and women in crisis that are served by the centre.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Trinity Anglican Church Library, located in the Upper Lounge, is available before and after Sunday services and during Church office hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.</p>
<p>The library has a vast collection of fiction and non-fiction books including historical and modern romance, mystery, biography, prayer and devotional, Christian living and Bibles.  The library carries a good selection of lare print books as well.</p>
<p>The only requirement to borrowing is to sign-out materials in the notebook provided.</p>
<p>The borrowing of library materials is extended to non-members of the congregation as part of Trinity&#8217;s outreach to the community.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800080;">Preparations have already begun for our <span style="text-decoration: underline;">10<sup>th</sup> ANNUAL </span><span style="text-decoration: underline;">TAKE-OUT FAST LUNCH</span> scheduled for Friday, June </span><span style="color: #800080;">8.  Pick-up orders and deliveries of 10 or more to one</span><span style="color: #800080;"> address will cost $7.00 each.  Other orders will be </span><span style="color: #800080;">delivered for $7.50 each.</span><span style="color: #800080;"> This year, we need <span style="text-decoration: underline;">seventy-five</span> 9 x 13 carrot cakes.  I am  </span><span style="color: #800080;">            hoping that SEVERAL of you will VOLUNTEER to make <span style="text-decoration: underline;">two</span>  </span><span style="color: #800080;">cakes.  You may still have the copy of last year’s handout containing  three recipes from which you choose one.  If not, copies are available on the table in front of Cathy’s office or from me. </span><span style="color: #800080;">I know that my willing workers from past years are eagerly awaiting my call.  Giving up your other commitments to work for me is definitely appreciated.  Remember that there will be <span style="text-decoration: underline;">cookies </span>after work on Wednesday and Thursday. </span><span style="color: #800080;">Should you not receive a call, but would like to help, please call me at 433-1758.</span></p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Foster Child</span></strong></p>
<p>At Trinity two foster children are sponsored. The A.C.W. sponsor a child and Trinity Anglican Church congregation sponsors another. Trinity’s child is a 15 year old boy, Aziphy Phiri, who lives in Zemba Central, an area made up of various communities. Through our support, the Plan provides things like vaccinations, mosquito nets, rehydration fluids and common medications within Aziphy’s community. The brochure is attached to the bulletin board with more information and a picture of Aziphy and his friend.</p>

<p>A summary of Vestry meeting May 14, 2012:</p>
<ul>
<li>The congregation ofSt. John’sHighfield decided to hold only an Anniversary Service this year on September 9, 2012</li>
<li>Wheelchair Accessible Washroom fund at the end of April $7,330</li>
<li>St. Mark’s, Sussex Corner, invited Trinity to participate in their annual fall retreat, either as  planners or participants</li>
<li>To end of April income $93,512.73 and expenses $106,484.94</li>
<li>Painting, new floors almost completed at rectory; bit of woodwork painting left</li>
<li>Annual Fire Inspection completed March 27</li>
<li>Step by side hall door to be evaluated by men of the church</li>
<li>Successful, enjoyable Family Service April 29, 2012 followed by potluck lunch</li>
<li>Refreshments after each 11:00 service by groups taking turns once a month</li>
<li>Report of the  rectory study, as suggested at Annual meeting, to make a preliminary report to Vestry in June</li>
<li><strong>One Summer service in July and August to be at 10:00am</strong></li>
